DetailsOne of the few pieces of surviving medieval leather armor, bracers found in the wreck of the Mary Rose provide the inspiration for these simple yet functional bracers. Made of two parts that can be worn together or independently , the inner bracer guards your arm from string bite (the bowstring hitting the inner part of your arm) and was considered an essential part of a war-archer's kit, the outer bracers protects your from incoming blows from your enemies.
Please make sure to choose Left or Right arm at checkout.
Listing is for a single bracer! If you want a matching pair (one for each arm), you will need to add the item to your cart twice, once with left hand selected and once with right hand selected.

This is just such a cool piece of wearable history and artwork! I love that it's also a conversation starter too. The bracer is sturdy and beautifully crafted. And, It works! It protects the arm from string slap when shooting a recurve or traditional bow. All in all a great purchase.

beautiful people to work with, custom service is top notch, going miles above what i expected. I got both the inner and outer bracers for my nephew. The quality is great, with beautiful workmanship.
